I ended up contracting Polar Water (a local purified water supplier) because we really need to save up buying distilled/purified water for consumptions using larger gallons. We did get the hot/cold dispenser for free as it is bundled with the contract, BUT we never and never will plug it to operate the hot/ cold functionality. we just basically use it as a dispenser!
